Ensuring general safety of all participants by responding to emergencies, documenting accidents, and following emergency action plans (EPA) for weather related incidents. 6. Will coordinate with Sports Coordinator and grounds maintenance staff to determine whether games are playable regarding weather/grounds conditions. 7. Assist with schedules and rainout dates. 8. Organizes and distributes awards at end of season. 9. Assists with scheduling of and supervision of Softball City Tournament. (Adult Leagues only) 10. Maintains WPRF Adult softball website including standings and weather updates. Updates WPRF Information line as needed. 11. Maintains files of correspondence, forms, records, reports, and other materials in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. 12. Completes end of season report. 13. Performs other tasks as requested or needed. Position Qualifications 1. Must be 21 years of age or older. 2. Experience in and/or knowledge of youth baseball, softball, T-ball, Adult Softball/Kickball, and Soccer programming. 3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. 4. Ability to communicate, be courteous and cooperate with other staff and the public. 5. Strong organizational skills. 6. Ability to operate computer software and other office equipment. 7.
