Responsibilities:

Develop Strategic Account Plans to penetrate and grow our life science and biotech markets.

Build partnering relationships with owners, owner's reps, and consultants responsible for the decision-making process.

The qualified candidate must have demonstrated the ability to analyze and perform pursue/no pursue and bid/no bid recommendations and develop pursuit strategies for new business opportunities. The position will also require previous experience in evaluation, competitive environment assessment, value-based pricing, price to win analyses and probability of winning. A proven track record of negotiation and closing high value contracts involving strategic business relationships. A candidate must have the following experience:

Counsels and supervises juveniles placed on probation by the court; supervise juveniles in the Youth Diversion Program and Child in Need of Services matters; supervises deferred prosecution and pre-trial release; and works with clients and parents to create home, school, work, and recreational relationships for social readjustment, under the guidance of the Probation Director.
Recommends probation alternatives to the Court and prosecutor and gives information community service, and provides the information to the Court, prosecutor and public defender, when represented and notifies the Court of non-compliance.
Assist probationers as needed with skills, training, education, referrals, and counsels' offenders regarding employment, vocational education and social adjustment, to help them successfully complete their conditions of probation.
Monitors compliance with all the conditions of probation as ordered by the Court, writes Motions to Show Cause or violation of Probation Reports, testifies in Court, appears in Court to provide updates on probationer's behavior and compliance, and provides Court with written documentation when necessary.

A Day in the Life of a Banfield Veterinary Assistant
The Vet Assistant provides professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, making sure that clients and pets are comfortable in the hospital. You will use your technical skills on a daily basis, within state practice acts and as outlined in the NAVTA guidelines for veterinary assistant skills and duties. Other responsibilities include:
· Helping maintain the flow of patients
· Communicating with the veterinarian and vet techs
· Carrying out or setting up procedures that do not require veterinarian or vet tech assistance
· Adhering to hospital standards that keep pets safe, and the treatment areas, exam rooms and labs clean and organized
· Educating clients about our Optimum Wellness Plans and the importance of preventive care
· Mentoring other members of the hospital team

At Camp Seymour, you get to teach kids self-reliance, a love for nature and the outdoors, and the development of attitudes and practices that build character and leadership - all amidst the fun of campfires, canoeing, archery, talent shows, and meaningful relationships.
If hired as an Overnight Camp Counselor, you will live and work at Camp in a cabin/yurt. Along with a co-leader, you will provide constructive, responsible leadership and guidance for a cabin group of 10-12 children ages 7-13. You will develop camper character and values; foster cabin community, encourage group leadership, and develop stewardship. You will also instruct 1-2 skills classes ("Camptivities").
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a positive, inclusive environment that fosters fun, safety and meaningful experiences for all campers.
Organize and lead a variety of small and large group activities inside and outside of the cabin, participating 100% with activities
Know, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with the camp and all program areas. This includes but is not limited to being responsible for your campers' safety and their whereabouts at all times.
Recognize individual and group situations and effectively resolve conflicts based on camp values and procedures.
Maintain open communication and proactively work to build strong relationships with Co-leaders & Leadership staff.
Facilitate cabin overnights - ensure campers' supervision and comfort, sanitation, programming, report any safety concerns immediately (intruders, bees)
Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age.
Six months or more of related experience preferred.
Preferred: Experience in child Leadership and/or related activities experience.
Positive attitude and previous experience with children and diverse populations.

Knowledge and skills in program activities and related equipment set-up, and the ability to instruct participants in age-appropriate techniques.
Preferred: Knowledge and skills in camper and peer leadership, group and interpersonal dynamics, child behavior and typical camp activities.
Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.
Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
