Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs. This includes 3rd party employees and equipment. Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment. Provide technical support. Normally this will involve advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job. Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel. Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures. Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. Manual work will be performed. Education/Experience: Minimum of two to five years' experience in a related field preferred . High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.     Specific Responsibilities The Lease Operator Sr is a first-level supervisor, under the direction and training of the foreman. The Lease Operator Sr is responsible for the coordination and onsite supervision of contractors and service companies during new-well completions and workovers and performs other related assigned duties. Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office. Stabil Drill is currently seeking Full-Time Machinists, CNC or Manual (Day and Night Shifts) to join our team in Midland, TX. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate machines (Manual/CNC Lathe). * Experience cutting rotary shouldered connections preferred. * Ensures machines are in working order and properly maintained. * Perform minor repairs on equipment. * Follow established safety policies and procedures. * On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled. * Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures. * Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of two to five years' experience in a related field preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred. * Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
