PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Directs scheduling, planning, materials management, and master data teams that results in
maximum output to drive the site's financial and on time delivery goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates and directs the development of the master schedule.
Leads, informs, directs and coordinates support departments to optimize production goals and sales opportunities. Communicates awareness of changing customer needs and cost awareness to manufacturing and manufacturing support departments.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the monthly and quarterly sales and production plans. Drives the production and sales planning required to meet the customer demands as well as site financials goals. Provides daily updates to the plan and coordinates with the cross functional team members to ensure plans are met.
Leads the monthly S&OP planning process: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply/Capacity Review, and Executive S&OP meeting.
Directs and advises Purchasing and Logistics to resolve demand issues to optimize the production plan, customer satisfaction, cash flow and target inventory levels. Remove barriers related to global supply chain shortages / delays.
Directs creation of production job orders and provides feedback to customer service on order scheduling, issues and changes.
Collaborates with Project Management, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Quality to schedule line time as needed to support project and equipment work.
Directs short term and long-term production meetings to meet customer needs and maximize schedule optimization.
Leads capacity discussions with Senior Management advising of schedule conflicts, issues and bottle necks in meeting customer satisfaction and production goals.
Compiles data and publishes metrics as they pertain to schedule attainment, future demands, purchasing forecasts, current inventory levels and on time delivery metrics.
Publishes reports and leads discussions on past schedule performance and future capacity challenges to stimulate continuous improvement discussions and implementations.
Establishes best business practices as it relates to scheduling, planning, materials management and inventory control.
Reviews and certifies BOMs and new item cards to ensure they are properly represented in the data base with all information pertinent to the scheduling of production, ordering of materials and support of the host and ERP systems.
Coordinates with IT for update and upgrades implementation to the host and ERP systems. Suggests and partners with IT for improvements to the computer systems to aid all areas. Fosters growth and development of the ERP system to foster continues improvement of systems.
Partners with Production Managers in current and future labor planning and resource allocations to best execute the production plan in the most economical environment.
Acts as a resource in weekly customer service calls and vendor calls as needed.
Performs as an active member of change control team, slow and obsolescence inventory team and process improvement teams.
Acts as a resource to other disciplines as it relates to materials management, scheduling, planning and other procedures.
Completes other duties as business and Senor Management dictate.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Complete understanding of leading the S&OP Process.

The Cost and Material (C&M) Analyst plays a critical role in supporting government and commercial proposals by analyzing and consolidating material cost estimates using pricing tools such as ProPricer and Excel-based models. Using supplier cost data from the Deltek Cost Point System and technical data from the Empower PLM system is also required. Material cost estimates primarily utilize supplier quotes, purchase order history and similar-to estimates. RESPONSIBILITIES:

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Senior Target Materials Analyst to conduct focused, tailored targeting materials analysis in support of targeting efforts across the USCENTCOM AOR, enabling a strategic advantage for CDR USCENTCOM and subordinate warfighters.
Essential Job Duties
Conduct focused, tailor-targeting materials analysis.
Produce, as required, imagery and/or geospatial based target materials for the USCENTCOM AOR IAW DoD policy, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, and USCENTCOM policies/standards for target material production.
Adhere to polices to conduct Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) using direct, registration (controlled tie), multiple image geopositioning (MIG), and resection (uncontrolled tie) techniques on a variety of target types requiring command directed NGA validated mensuration tools to support employment of precision guided munitions.
Conduct and assist with weaponeering solutions using approved tools and/or guides to achieve desired damage criteria.
Conduct CDE and produce required graphics.
Submit collection requests as required to satisfy target material requirements.
Perform targeting analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA), produce BDA.
products, and assist with combat assessment.
Identify and nominate no-strike entities to assigned database.
Conduct hard and deeply buried target analysis and prepare related products.
Provide recommended input to DoD and CJCS Manuals/Instructions, USCENTCOM/policies/SOPs, and standards for TM production as required.
Coordinate with external/internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.
Respond to RFIs.
Prepare and present briefings as required.
Develop and present HDBT Training materials; conduct on-the job personnel training as required
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Active In-Scope TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category.
12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Be previously certified by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for target mensuration. Once contractor personnel arrive for duty, they may be required to attend additional qualification training.
Experience in converting processed or exploited information into target intelligence through analysis and preparation of products in support of user requirements (e.g., target system analysis, target folders, target lists, and targeting assessment).
Experience in conducting target analysis utilizing multi-INT sources in support of basic, intermediate, and advanced target development for both lethal/non-lethal target engagements.
Experience in coordinating with external IC agencies, Targeting Enterprise production centers, and customers in producing HDBT products and assessments.
