KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Manager on supplier performance and cost improvement initiatives.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure follow-through on commitments and resolution to problems
Leadership & Team Development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of planners and buyers.
Promote collaboration between planning, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Drive process optimization efforts on an ongoing basis to remove process inefficiencies

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
APICS certification or other relevant qualification preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning) preferably in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is in charge of developing and managing end-to-end supply chain for the site. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. The Work:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
* Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients
* Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
