The Work:

Qualification
Here's What You Need:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS / Blue Yonder WMS implementations.
* A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience managing Manhattan programs, implementation, and optimization.

Expertise and Core Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in a high-growth or professional services environment with exposure marketing to executives.
V-shaped marketer with experience spanning across paid ads, outbound, content marketing, in-person/virtual events, social media, etc. and how to package these into campaigns to drive leads and sales opportunities.
Approach demand generation with an experimental mindset and are comfortable with data analysis to measure program impact. Familiarity with attribution, campaign performance, and forecasting.
Strong working knowledge of our core MarTech stack - HubSpot, SFDC, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEM (Google), paid social (LinkedIn), ad retargeting (AdRoll), organic social, email marketing, and event marketing.
Analytical mindset with experience in attribution and campaign performance optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a project or program to success.
