The role is hybrid and requires candidates to live in the greater Cincinnati area. Key Focus Areas Microsoft Cloud & Systems Administration Administer, optimize, and support SEI's Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management platforms. Security Operations & Identity Management Support and enhance SEI's security posture through identity, access, endpoint, and email security initiatives aligned with internal policies and best practices. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline systems, automate workflows, improve documentation, and reduce friction across internal technology processes. Project Ownership & Vendor Collaboration Lead or co-lead application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives, partnering with vendors as needed. End User Enablement & Escalation Support Provide occasional Tier 2/3 support for complex issues, ensuring system reliability and strong end-user experiences. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Microsoft Systems & Cloud Expertise Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID. Hands-on experience managing Azure resources and cloud configurations. Solid experience with Intune for Windows and mac OS endpoint management. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently in a cloud-first environment.
