WHAT WE DO
The Senior SystemsAdministrator is responsible for supporting and evolving SEI's cloud-first technology foundation, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems that enable over 600 employees across 14 offices nationwide. This role is part of SEI's Shared Services organization and plays a critical role in empowering employees through modern technology, strong security practices, and continuous process improvement.
This position is hands-on and autonomous by design, ideal for a Microsoft-focused systemsadministrator who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and proactively improving environments. The role is hybrid and requires candidates to live in the greater Cincinnati area.
Key Focus Areas
Microsoft Cloud & SystemsAdministration
Administer, optimize, and support SEI's Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management platforms.
Security Operations & Identity Management
Support and enhance SEI's security posture through identity, access, endpoint, and email security initiatives aligned with internal policies and best practices.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline systems, automate workflows, improve documentation, and reduce friction across internal technology processes.
Project Ownership & Vendor Collaboration
