We seek a Senior Active Directory Engineer to work on our W2 from anywhere in the US within our Huntsville, Texas client's enterprise system support division. This division is responsible for networks, servers, enterprise, and cloud services. As a senior Active Directory engineer, you will support the planning, design, implementation, and ongoing support of our clients' active directories. (This is not an AD Administration role.) Responsible for the following activities: • Gain deep insights into Customer issues and potential risks based on subject matter expertise. • Devise an approach to solving complex problems. • Exhibit intellectual leadership in the problem-solving effort. • Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations. • Provide thought leadership in the project. • Help the team to develop new insights from the analysis. • Prioritize the recommendations based on ease of implementation and impact. • Provide subject matter expertise on a specific area within the domain/technology/service; • Expertise in identifying and defining problems, analyzing them, and developing recommendations.
