Plans, executes, and documents surveillance of design, development, and production efforts on behalf of government counterparts, using performance indicators identified in applicable engineering surveillance processes. Provides significant, expert level support to government counterparts regarding the adequacy and clarity of agency engineering and analysis processes based on daily application of the processes and agency reporting requirements. Completes advanced engineering demand tasks such as reviewing engineering change proposals, requests for waivers and deviations, and nonconforming materials. Provides expert level inputs for status briefings to leadership, outlining assigned programs, projects, problems, and recommended resolution.
