**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **InTouch Center & Front Line Support**
+ Provide after-hours on-call telephone support and direct escalation support to Customer Engineers and Customer Solution Specialists (CSS). Mentor CSS to improve call resolution and author product knowledge articles to increase effectiveness. Establish and monitor procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of the Service problem/solution database.
+ Partner with Service field leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues through the Alert process. **About the Role**
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect-Data to join our Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Architecture. This role is a critical partner to our Business and Application architects, responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide data strategy, particularly in the context of a dynamic, M&A-driven environment. The successful candidate will design a scalable, secure, and resilient data ecosystem that transforms data into a trusted enterprise asset. You will be responsible for aligning the company's data architecture with its overall business strategy, ensuring that data is leveraged effectively to drive analytics, insights, and power AI-driven outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the architectural design and strategy to ensure all enterprise data is treated as a unified asset. - Partner with application development teams to provide data-centric design insights into core business applications, ensuring the data layers are designed for scalability, quality, and analytical use from the outset.

- Design and govern the target-state enterprise data architecture, incorporating modern patterns such as Medallion Architecture and principles of Data Mesh. This includes standards for the data warehouse, data lake, streaming platforms, master data management (MDM), and the platforms and patterns that support our AI/ML initiatives.
- Develop and govern the enterprise API strategy for data, defining standards for REST APIs and managing data access for internal and external applications through an API Gateway.
- Design and govern 'Reverse ETL' patterns that deliver analytics and AI-driven insights back into operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, D365).
- Incorporate FinOps principles into all data architecture designs, ensuring solutions are optimized for cost-effectiveness by leveraging BigQuery best practices (e.g., partitioning, clustering), appropriate storage tiers, and efficient compute.
- Partner with product managers, solution architects, and business architects to ensure data solutions are designed for scalability, performance, and security while meeting business needs.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide data governance standards, including data quality, metadata management, data security, and data privacy in partnership with the Enterprise Data and Analytics Office (EDAO).
- Evaluate data-related requirements to assist in selecting the right data technologies, platforms, and tools that support a scalable, future-ready data ecosystem.
- Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by providing data-architecture-driven insights and strategic guidance on how to best leverage data assets.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to align on data definitions, standards, and architectural principles.
- Utilize predefined frameworks and templates effectively, ensuring all data architecture artifacts are maintained and regularly updated.
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications**
- 15-20 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, data management, or a related senior-level role.
- Proven, hands-on experience leading data platform consolidation and integration initiatives following corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

We are seeking an experienced **Staff SystemsEngineer** to lead systemsengineering efforts for our embedded AV/ADAS platform. You will be responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements and architectures, optimizing resource allocation across computational and networking subsystems, and working closely with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of vehicle platform components. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and technical, influencing platform roadmaps and long-term technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the end-to-end systemsengineering for embedded autonomous vehicle (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) platforms.
+ Define, document, and manage system-level requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with product and safety goals.
+ Develop and maintain system architecture, balancing trade-offs in compute resources (CPU, GPU, NPU), memory (RAM), and communication bandwidth (Ethernet).
+ Perform system resource allocation, profiling, and optimization to meet performance, power, latency, and reliability targets.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with software architecture, firmware, hardware, validation, and vehicle integration teams to ensure cohesive system design and implementation.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, SystemsEngineering, or a related technical discipline. Master's or PhD preferred.
+ Minimum 8+ years of systemsengineering experience, ideally within embedded systems, automotive, robotics, or related industries.
+ Proven track record of leading system architecture design and resource allocation for complex embedded platforms.
+ Deep understanding of AV/ADAS domain including embedded computing platforms, sensor integration, and real-time constraints.
+ Strong expertise in system performance analysis and optimization, including CPU/GPU/NPU architectures, memory hierarchies, and network bandwidth management.
+ Experience with platform systemsengineering: device power management, I/O, internal & external communication
+ Experience with edge compute SoC and MCU architectures.
+ Hands-on experience with system modeling, simulation tools, and requirements management frameworks.
+ Experience working with Ethernet-based automotive networks (e.g., Automotive Ethernet, TSN).

Preferred Qualifications

**Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Technical Center in Warren, MI OR the Sunnyvale Technical Center in Sunnyvale, CA three times per week, at minimum.
**Remote:** This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, Sunnyvale or Mountain View], you are expected to report to that location three times per week, at minimum.
**Compensation** **:** The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. Position Summary
The purpose of the Application Infrastructure Engineer position is to implement and support enterprise software systems. This requires the use of broad and comprehensive knowledge in the technologies required to support these systems while also developing and leveraging best practices.
In order to support these systems, the Application Infrastructure Engineer will participate in selecting/procuring software solutions and implementation of software system solutions, performing, scheduling, and managing maintenance and upgrades, and performing system management operations including, but not limited to, configuration, tuning, and solution resource management.
The scope of this position covers a broad range of technical expertise required to develop, administer, and maintain University Enterprise application systems. The Application Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for participating or leading the planning, coordination and implementation of upgrades, maintenance, migrations, and integrations involving new and existing systems. They will also implement systems automation strategies, systems and application monitoring and troubleshooting, and systems performance and security analysis.
The Application Infrastructure Engineer will participate in team efforts in projects involving enterprise system application installations, upgrades, maintenance, and migrations for specialty areas. This position may also design and code software applications and scripts to support systems integration, configuration, and management. Other responsibilities include assisting in the design of systems and planning strategies to support integrations, and developing maintenance plans for large application systems.
This position may have on-call responsibilities and participate in on-call, after-hours support.
