Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and account management. Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Teams. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of basic networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a busy environment.

Long Term Note: MUST have prior COF experience Required Skills & Experience 7+ years backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java. 4+ years building distributed ETL/data processing workflows using Apache Spark. Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless data services: Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, S3. Proven ability to design secure, large-scale file ingestion and data transfer pipelines. Deep understanding of batch processing, distributed computation, and data performance tuning. Experience working in CI/CD-driven environments with automated testing and deployment. Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction, standards, and quality without direct people management duties.
