The employee will perform Engineering duties relative to Production Incentive Rate setting, Labor Management (LMS) and Warehouse Management (WMS) system maintenance. Assist with AutoCAD facility drawings, and various Project Management tasks. This is a Warehouse environment and may require standing/walking the majority of some days. JOB EXPECTATIONS Analyze direct labor activities to determine best practice methods Perform time-studies that include work effort grading, data collection, and Excel workbook entry. Document standard operating procedures for the management team as a training guide Maintain all aspects of the LMS regarding Labor rates and Reporting Configure WMS data for Job Function creation and proper Program integration Assist with major Equipment and Software Project Management Assist with updating facility layouts using AutoCAD LT Provide LMS and WMS technical support to other areas within the distribution operation.
