Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers. Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety. Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks. Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. Landscape Designer/Maintenance Salesperson Werbrich's is seeking an additional team member to join our well-established design/sales team that consists of landscape architects, landscape designers, and support staff. The Design Center is complete with a conference room to display presentations and completed projects along with materials on site for customers to choose from. What makes Werbrich Custom Outdoor Living different? As a Werbrich's Design/Sales Rep, you will not be responsible for project management and/or scheduling. We have an experienced team of project managers that handles day-to-day activities on the job site, as well as direct communication with the customer. You will meet with your project manager regularly and stay in touch with your customer, but these interactions are minimal. Concentrating on design and sales tasks will be your main goal. Designing, estimating, and selling landscape, landscape lighting, and drainage projects. Estimating and selling landscape maintenance and enhancements, mostly for customers whom we have installed projects for. Meeting with customers and presenting designs and proposals. Qualifications Proficiency with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Real Time Landscape Architect, Dynoscapes or a similar 2D drafting program. 5+ years of landscape design/sales experience and strong landscape design skills. 5+ years of landscape maintenance sales experience. Knowledge of midwestern plants. The desire and ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Extensive landscape maintenance field experience is a huge plus. A degree in landscape horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is a huge plus.
