Meeting and following requirements of all licensing agencies Must meet all Open Space Early Learning Center and local, state, or national basic health requirements as well as other requirements, including but not limited to: American Heart Association or Red Cross CPR & First Aid training New Illinois Food Handler Current Gateways Membership Inccrra Training: Sudden Infant Death Inccrra Training: Shaken Baby Syndrome Inccrra Training: Trauma Informed Practice Mandated Reporter Training Physical within last 6 months Proof of TB Test, TDAP, and 2 Doses of MMR and immunization Proof of a completed primary series of Covid-19 vaccination 3 letters of recommendation Proof of Education -- Official Transcripts or HS Diploma Personnel will have a fingerprinting and/or criminal investigation report completed
