GEOL 1000L TAs work with the laboratory coordinator to teach the labs using the CSUSB Geology GEOL 1000L Laboratory Manual, following the schedule determined by the lab coordinator. GEOL 1000L class meetings are 2 hours and forty-five minutes once a week and include topics such as topographic maps, mineral and rock identification, structural geology, geologic hazards, plate tectonics, and a field trip to the San Andreas Fault. Element Education is a non-profit corporation which oversees two publicly funded charter schools, Community Montessori and Dimensions Collaborative. Our mission is to promote a culture of education which empowers learners to find and develop their passion and to inspire the natural desire to explore and learn through choice and flexibility.
