A technical solutions architect is responsible for designing and developing technology solutions to support business operations and increase the staff's proficiency and productivity in providing the highest quality services for the clients. Technical solutions architects determine the company's operational processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement and create comprehensive resolutions, such as improving current systems, upgrading infrastructure, and configuring interface features.
