Additional Notes
This role requires weekly overnight travel from Sunday through Thursday, with onsite work at client locations during standard business hours.
Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with overtime as needed based on travel and project demands.
A valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant), a clean MVR, and a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for daily field travel.
Position is 100% onsite at client locations; remote work is not available
Electro-mechanical and printer hardware support experience are the top required skills-lack of printer hardware background has been the primary challenge with past submissions.
Lexmark printer certification is preferred but not required.
Candidate should have 2-3+ years of relevant field service experience, ideally supporting printers, PCs, POS systems, or other hardware.
Travel mileage will vary daily depending on assigned job sites; candidates should reside within a 75-mile radius of Catskill, NY 12202.
No on-call rotation and no shift differentials for this position.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The scope of work to be performed by the electronic technician communications includes, but is not limited to, providing a central clearing-house point for Amtrak communications circuit problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).
Installs and tests pressurized and non-pressurized closures on all types and sizes of cable.
Analyzes and troubleshoots basic technical problems or issues.

Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Slopeside - Skis direct to resort slopeside valet
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use

Job Description
The Facility Technician will service, maintain, repair, inspect, and monitor various plant equipment including the boiler.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor facility equipment for alarms during the weekend shifts
Perform facility/utility rounds
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair steam boilers, hot water heating systems and all related equipment
Steam, water, compressed air, and gas leak repairs
Pump and valve maintenance, repair, and testing
Record keeping, including daily logs
Monitor physical plant system operations
General facility repair including paint and drywall.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Other duties as assigned
Regulatory Responsibilities
Adherence to established company safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices.
General understanding of cGMP, 21 CFR 210/211 and other regulatory agency requirements.
