Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site bolting, torquing, tensioning, and induction heating services on critical equipment.
Support field machining, hot tapping, and line-stop operations as needed.
Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized tools and OEM induction equipment.
Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Interpret technical drawings, job packages, and client specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and customer representatives to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
Maintain, calibrate, and prepare rental and company-owned specialty equipment.
Travel extensively to client facilities across regional and national assignments.
Recommended Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in industrial services, mechanical maintenance, or specialty field service roles (power plants, refineries, petrochemical, or heavy industry preferred).
Certifications/Training:
NCCER, OSHA, or equivalent field qualifications (preferred).
OEM training on induction heating or bolting/tensioning equipment (a plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic tool operation.
Familiarity with torque/tension charts, machining tolerances, and mechanical fit-up.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs, work at heights, and endure confined space conditions.
Willingness to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, and travel on short notice.

* Management of the repair solution from customer's submittal through final approval (RDAF) issuance while maintaining customer expectations for delivery.

The Field Operations Technician I MIN is responsible for collecting samples, observation, and/or inspection of products or raw materials for laboratory analysis by performing the following duties.
* Works under immediate supervision to perform job functions.
* Collects samples as product and or raw materials that are being transferred to containers, vessels, barges, trucks, and/or rail.
* Ensures sample containers and all related paperwork are labeled with identifying data, location of sample, date, and time of collection.
* Delivers sample to laboratory for analysis.
* Performs preparation of samples, reduction and division of appropriate sizes.
* Gathers samples at specified locations, states of processing and time interval.
* Performs sample screening and/or other related physical tests.
* Ensures all equipment and containers are organized and cleaned before and after use.
* Ensures all personal protective equipment (PPE) relevant for tasks is worn at all times.
* Ensures compliance with all required local and federal safety processes and procedures.
* May also have Preparation or Laboratory responsibilities, as required by business needs.
* Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
