Reporting to Regional Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support for ATM and multi-function cash-handling (TITO kiosk) devices within an assigned service area. We are currently seeking a Network Technician with a passion for technology at our branch in Seattle,WA. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have experience with problem-solving, and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Essential Job Duties
Connecting/installing office equipment to our customer's network
Set-up printing, scanning, scanning to e-mail, scanning to FTP, etc. Ensuring customer satisfaction
Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues

Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools)
