Qualifications & Skills Proven ability to perform mid-sheath (ring-cut) splicing and live fiber network splicing with minimal service disruption. Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues on live/active network fiber. Familiarity with cable pulling, cabinet bolting, basket tray installation, and scissor lift operation (preferred). Strong written and oral communication skills for effective team and client interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screen. Valid driver's license required. Fluency in English for effective communication.
