Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Slopeside - Skis direct to resort slopeside valet
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The scope of work to be performed by the electronic technician communications includes, but is not limited to, providing a central clearing-house point for Amtrak communications circuit problems. The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables in underground and aerial applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).
Installs and tests pressurized and non-pressurized closures on all types and sizes of cable.
Analyzes and troubleshoots basic technical problems or issues.

1-3 Years Experience with installation and testing of fiber optic cables.

Working knowledge of GS150 and GS350 Fiber Jetters.
Ability to climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, poles, lift trucks, etc.).

Facilities Technician- $22 per hour!
Guaranteed annual wage increase (per current union contract)!

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and facilities improvements
Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
Facility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness- sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc. Adhering to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility
Submit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer system
Qualifications
Skilled in the use of power tools and common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations
Excellent attendance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be available for shift 1:30-10
Physical Demands
Must be able to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs for a distance of 100ft. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
Work Environment
The job is performed indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments for extended periods of time with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, stooping and bending. Twisting in tight areas may also be required at times.
