Position Summary
The Renovations Technician I is responsible for carrying out a wide range of renovation tasks within the organization. This role involves assisting in renovation projects and repairs and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Essential Duties and Functions
Perform and assist on various renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing.
Handle repairs as required.
Ensures work performed complies with local building codes, regulations, and meets WEL community standards.
Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed.
Follow safety protocols and practices on renovation sites.
Qualifications include:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew. Preferably in a health care setting.
Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection.
Painting experience is required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification:
OSHA 10-hour certification.

Document work completed, inventory used, and site conditions through comprehensive reporting.
Maintain high quality and productivity standards while meeting strict project timelines.
Uphold safety and operational protocols across various environments, including live data centers and construction sites.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
4+ years of hands-on experience in network deployments or field installations.
Proficiency with enterprise networking hardware from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, HPE, etc.).
Strong understanding of cabling standards (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber types, patch panel management).
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and cabling issues.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.
Comfortable lifting equipment up to 50 lbs and working in physically demanding environments.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
Must be willing and able to travel internationally on short notice.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.

Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.
Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for the preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of the building's infrastructure, equipment, support utilities and is expected to provide contract services oversight and coordination. The Incumbent must be well versed in several construction trades and capable of working independently at one of three sites within a 2-mile radius.
Responsibilities:
* Performs/oversees general repair and maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
* Performs daily rounds of critical utilities and updates the system logbook accordingly.
* General maintenance may include replacing and/or repairing lighting, incidental carpentry, paint, ceiling tiles, bathroom fixtures, moving furniture-fixtures-equipment, etc.
* Identifies operational problems/inefficiencies, determines appropriate remedial action and executes planned changes after achieving approval.
* Monitors environmental conditions via the Building Automation System (BAS).
* General knowledge of building automation system, fire alarm system and building sprinkler systems.
* Responsible for remote monitoring of building systems for after hour emergency concerns.

As a Facilities Technician for Fearless Restaurants, you are responsible for the general maintenance of our restaurants and equipment, updating spaces with new paint, repairing broken hardware, heating, lighting, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, water purification, air filtering, electrical work, and pest control as needed.
You will be performing interior and exterior painting and decorating as assigned. All surfaces will need to be prepared for painting by using any of the following methods: paint removers, scrapers, wire brushes, sanders, blow torches, sandblasting, etc. Any holes, crevices, and cracks must be filled. Joints must be sealed with putty, caulking, and other filler. You will be responsible for preparing and mixing any paints or finishes as required. Paints, lacquers, stains, varnishes, and finishes will be applied using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and applicators.
Must be comfortable with heights and the use of ladders, scaffolding, etc. May be asked to install wall coverings such as wallpapers or fabrics. All work areas must be cleaned upon the completion of a task and at the end of each working day. Must perform duties in compliance with safety regulations and any other assigned duties related to the above.
