Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

About the Role
This is a newly created onsite position supporting a federal customer in Bath, ME. The Avaya Telecom Technician will manage daily operations of a legacy Avaya Voice PBX environment, voicemail systems, and AudioCodes equipment. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring onsite presence, safety-compliant attire, and work within a secure federal facility.
Job Summary
The Avaya Telecom Technician is responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and support of legacy Avaya PBX systems, voicemail platforms, and AudioCodes integrations. This role performs cross-connects, punchdowns, cable pulls when needed, and provides full programming and configuration support across the voice environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the dispensing of raw materials liquids and powders (hazardous and non-hazardous), acids/bases, under cGMP conditions to support the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API)

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Minimum of 5 years working with Earthmoving equipment in roles such as mechanic, Technical Communicator, or Trainer.
Prefer high level of experience with paving industry in general.
High level of Product Knowledge and Familiarity with the CAT product line.
Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent -interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across various personnel levels.
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Proficiency with CAT tools such as SIS (Service Information System) and ET (Electronic Technician).
High level of Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Technician works under the direction of the Facilities Manager to ensure proper maintenance and repairs of buildings and ground.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.
Cleans interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building.
Completes administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.
Complies with all safety and health regulations.
Keeps inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and reports needs to supervisor.
Responds to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues.
Works with and maintains relationships with contracted vendors.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
May be required to work outside of normal work hours.
