Reporting to a Field Service Manager, a Field Service Engineer Level 1 will maintain technical responsibility over the Mevion Medical Systems Proton Therapy System. A Field Service Engineer Level 1 will learn and become proficient in operating the Mevion Medical Systems Proton Therapy System (PTS) for various customer needs and related work functions. A Field Service Engineer Level 1 will regularly interact with the customers' professional and technical staff to resolve all operational issues with Mevion products at customer sites. Essential Functions: 1. Operate Proton Therapy System, which will include, but not be limited to: Troubleshooting, Post Service Testing. 2. Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site operation, corrective and preventive maintenance of proton therapy equipment and ancillary devices. 3. Clearly communicate the status of the system to the customer as well as to Mevion employees. 4. Troubleshoot splice loss or attenuation using an OTDR. Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts. Overall network architecture understanding required as this position requires network architecture and troubleshooting knowledge Ability to audit and document splicing matrices and existing fiber plant Ability to document and validate as-builts for new builds and plant modifications Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary. Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of routine repair and preventative maintenance tasks required to keep our Production buildings, facilities equipment and retail locations operating properly, safely and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities · Performs preventative maintenance programs/tasks for all equipment. · Responsible for minor repairs of buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. · Assists in coordinating/directing subcontractor services for completion of extensive or complex projects. · Follows and ensures compliance with all applicable OSHA, GMP, FDA, State, Local and Company regulations, policies and procedures. · Responds to emergency calls, makes immediate repairs when necessary and assists subcontractor if further repairs are necessary. · Performs special projects as assigned. · Reports all facility safety and security issues to management. · Performs general cleaning of facility, equipment and tools. · Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”. Qualifications · Valid driver's license is required. · Must be 21 years of age or older. · Able to pass all background checks. · Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry. · Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree. Must be able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekend and some holidays.
