9. Assists clients with non-standard inquiries regarding the status of their accounts.
10. Communicates regularly with personal bankers, personal banking investigators, and partners in various areas of the bank to process transactions, refer new business, request account or product information, and to investigate fraudulent transactions.
11. Monitors, conducts research, and balances contra accounts. Investigates and collects charge backs on accounts.
12. Responds to client needs and cross sells the bank's products and services.The successful candidate will benefit from having:
2-3 years of teller experience.
Knowledge of teller operations usually acquired through high school level business courses and prior teller experience is required to process complex transactions.
Math skills are needed to balance the cash drawer.

Salary Range:
$48,000 - 72,000 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Position Summary:
The Teller Specialist Flexible is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the teller line across multiple branches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Part-time Hours are typically 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 7:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturdays
Parkway Bank is looking for two positions, a part-time and a full-time Teller, at our Niles, IL Branch. We are a locally owned and operated financial institution committed to offering the best in customer service, financial products, and services. We maintain a strong presence in our communities through donations, volunteer work, and education. Come be a part of our team!
Responsible for receiving deposits for credit to customers' deposit and loan accounts (personal and commercial); verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary; scanning daily work; balancing daily transactions. In addition, tellers are responsible for ensuring quality customer service; maintaining acceptable teller difference records; and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate banking staff. Tellers are required to perform other teller-related functions as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or currently pursuing
Three months cash handling
Effective customer service and sales skills
Good math and clerical skills
Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with fellow employees and customers
Must be accurate and detail-oriented
Ability to work varied hours/days as needed
Proficient using a PC, keyboard and computer mouse
Basic knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Ability to walk, sit, stoop and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, move, push or pull up to 25 pounds

Position Summary:
The Teller Supervisor responsible for implementing existing policies and procedures and assisting Operations Team Leader in coordinating, directing, and assigning work. This position will answer employees' questions, resolve complex problems, and oversee balancing of the branch general ledgers. In addition, the Teller Supervisor Flexible will be responsible for overseeing the Partners in Sales Program and monitoring the frontline participation and coaching and mentoring front line to meet existing goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close the branch
Proficient in all aspects of Teller and Senior Teller duties
Thorough working knowledge of the Teller terminal transactions and corrections
Provide work direction to Tellers
Approve Teller transactions
Process transactions for license plate stickers and Money Grams
Responsible for individual closed sales goals, as well as supporting Teller team in attainment of individual and team sales goals
Train and motivate frontline employees to actively cross-sell Marquette Bank and services
Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations, adhering to the Bank's internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies.
Relate well and motivate Tellers while maintaining a friendly cheerful demeanor
Detailed knowledge of all backroom Teller balancing and remittance procedures
Detailed knowledge of Vault Teller procedures
Periodic attendance at outbound events as required
Assist Tellers in balancing daily transactions
Work at other branches on an as-needed basis
Knowledge/Abilities/Experience and Training Required:
Professional demeanor and image
Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
Extraordinary interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve
Minimum of two years of Teller experience and one year of Senior Teller experience
