Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals. Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics. Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment. Basic computer and payment processing skills. Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented team player. Schedule This role requires availability Saturdays from 9:30 to 5:00pm, and Thursdays, & Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm with Occasional Travel. Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Key Responsibilities Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely patient records Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results Build positive doctor-patient relationships Support membership sales through care-focused conversations Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Valid DC license in the applicable state Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV (or recent SPEC exam) Eligible for malpractice insurance Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Schedule This role requires availability Sundays from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Mondays from 9:30am to 7:00pm.
