Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systems Responsible for communications to families (i.e. billing, newsletters) Plans and manages budget for “parent pleasers” Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in retail/store management - cross-industry experience is welcome Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: 10-15/hourly The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
