Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23/hr. to $40/hr., depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do: * Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. * Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency. * Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. * Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance. * Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and parts. * Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime. * Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships. * Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training. * Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving. * Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed. What You'll Need: * High school diploma or GED. * Mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience a plus. * Strong communication skills. * Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits. * Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check. * Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods. * Coachable and eager to learn. An Audio Technician will possess the ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot audio equipment in temporary live event environments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include, but not limited to…) Serve as Audio Technician for a variety of event formats from breakouts, general sessions, and tradeshow environments Work with a PAV Production Manager or Show Lead to implement the technical aspects of a show related to assigned role, set up, and operate related Audio equipment. Work with Project Managers and other event staff for efficient Run of Show Responsible for obtaining media from Project Manager or client for event playback Communicate changes to Project Manager or Show Lead to maintain accurate invoicing Equipment preparation and de-prep, QC and maintenance. SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS/KNOWLEDGE: Must be organized, attentive to detail, persistent and demonstrate the ability to follow through projects to completion.
