Essential Functions: Hardware Installation Management (60%)- Work on a crew of three or four field technicians that will be installing, erecting, maintaining, repairing, removing, or retrofitting towers, Small Cell and rooftop antenna systems. Job Requirements: At least two years of construction, wind turbine installation, computer IT, solar installation or electrical experience. High School Diploma/GED or higher Some knowledge of SWEEP and PIM equipment. Some understanding of basic architecture of antenna systems. Understand some RF Design for telecommunication sites - basic RFDS knowledge. Knowledge of power and hand tools for construction. Previous experience working aloft in man lifts, and/or climbing.
