Key Responsibilities:
Assist with supervision and engagement of children in daily activities
Support the implementation of curriculum, games, crafts, and learning opportunities

Assist with daily routines such as check-in/out, snack distribution, and transitions
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff

Qualifications:
Must meet the qualifications for Assistant Teacher under DCF 251 Licensing Rules for Group Child Care Centers
Experience working with children ages 5-12 preferred
A positive attitude and a passion for working with school-age kids
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Patience, flexibility, and creativity are a must
