This employee must: 1) be a high school graduate or hold a GED certificate; 2) have two years of experience as an Educational Aide; or a minimum of 15 semester hours of college credit with some emphasis on child growth and development or similar background; or have demonstrated proficiency in a specialized skill area as determined by the local school district; 3) have experience related to working with students or parents as approved by the employing Superintendent; and 4) be recommended by the employing Superintendent. The aide shall have knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of the following nature: ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; to communicate and work with students, teachers, school administrators and the public; to maintain records; to maintain effective working relationship with other auxiliary personnel, teachers, school administrators, and the public; and have a positive and cooperative attitude toward the duties of the aide, the school, the staff, and the students. ________________ is presently employed in the above described position. Certified Technology Teacher 5ht and 6th students

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and/or TX Teacher Certification preferred.
