As an Associate Client Relationship Manager, you will partner with the Client Relationship Managers (CRM) team, manage and support clients in the onboarding, conversion, and ongoing needs of new and existing institutional relationships or new/additional products and services within Investor Solutions.
How you'll spend your time:
You will assist the CRM team in developing and managing ongoing institutional banking and investment service client relationships.
You will manage day to day and periodic support services within client relationships, including but not limited to daily client inquiry, system proficiency and training for clients, SLA reporting, and internal shared service team communication
You will support CRMs coordinating client set-up and conversion activities (legal, operational, technical, and project management).
You will with the CRMs with product development assistance, problem escalation, and special projects (e.g., system testing, development) as necessary.
You will help support cross-sell strategies for existing client portfolios. Conduct industry, product, and client research to provide recommendations to the CRMs responsible for leading client strategies, which are ultimately expected to lead to consistent year-over-year growth in client revenue.

The Fraud Investigator II - Bankcard is a critical position in the bank that is responsible for preventing, limiting, and recovering Debit, Prepaid, Consumer Credit, and Commercial Credit card losses to the bank through early detection, prevention, conflict resolution, investigation, and performing the charge back processes.

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to analyze commercial credits by conducting comprehensive financial analysis on companies of diverse industries and sizes. You'll work with seasoned Commercial Bankers and Portfolio Managers to prepare Credit Approval Summary packets for loan committees for all assigned markets requiring a high degree of accuracy. Essential Functions
Lead, mentor and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and manage department workflow with guidance on departmental projects/issues, and provide coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs
Develop deep expertise in applications and provide training and mentorship to others
Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations and disciplinary action as required
Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively
Support budget management, planning and expenditure
Participate in constructing and maintaining the digital roadmap
Support the technology needs of multiple business units, ensuring the team provides timely and quality estimates, identifying and performing timely risk mitigation when necessary, and delivering high quality solutions on schedule
Support services through activities such as system design consulting, integrating software and frameworks, automation creation, testing, capacity planning and implementation reviews.
Build partnerships with business counterparts to provide the best products, services, and support possible for customers of the Bank
Collaborate with peers across the department to solve problems, identify and make improvements where necessary, and contribute to the overall success of the entire department
Articulate system impacts, highlight enhancements that will exceed expectations, and increase efficiencies/customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and related database design, including knowledge of best practices
Ability to manage the day-to-day activities of the scrum team within an Agile environment

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years full stack development experience within a Java environment required
3+ years information technology leadership experience required
4+ years' experience in Agile implementation preferred
Software development life cycle experience preferred
