Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and grow a book of business
Manage agency relationships and serve as lead client contact
Create and execute marketing plan to increase new and renewal business
Rate, quote and bind each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing for large or complex renewals as well as new business

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Position summary:
The Credit Underwriter (AVP) is responsible for undertaking and presenting robust credit risk analysis in support of relationship-led loan requests from our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. * With limited supervision, undertaking financial and credit risk analysis for borrowers and guarantors in a timely manner; including financials, projections, global cash flows, REO schedule, industry/market, structure, and terms.

The National Accounts Strategic Underwriter is responsible for providing strategic and analytical underwriting support for national account clients. This includes financial modeling, risk assessments, and developing multi-year pricing strategies tailored to large, complex employer groups. The role requires extensive research, and collaboration to meet client demands and support growth and retention. The role collaborates cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions aligned with business priorities.
