The Fleet Administrator is responsible for assisting with planning and coordinating the safe and cost-effective management of AMPP's extensive fleet (including both on-road and off-road equipment). This person facilitates effective utilization, equipment issues, equipment budgets, equipment purchases/disposals, and overall lifecycle management. The Fleet Administrator reports directly to the VP of Operations and maintains proactive, frequent, and open communication. FLEET ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to the maintenance/equipment/yard personnel regarding all equipment-related issues and facility issues. Receive and organize inventory at the Winchester, IN location. Provide oversight for the reporting process as it pertains to vehicle accidents, equipment accidents, and any related damage(s). Provides support and data as needed to the accounting/estimating department related to equipment costs, fuel burn, equipment utilization, equipment application, etc. This includes cross-checking equipment listings with invoices.
