What You'll Do Clinic Operations & Brand Representation Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations including opening/closing procedures, staff management, and scheduling workflows. Performance & Outreach Work closely with the Provider to fill 75%+ of available appointment slots through local outreach, recall, and rescheduling. Monitor and report key operational and clinical KPIs including: Clinic Revenue Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for both Clinic and Providers Clinical Protocol Adherence at 95%+ consistency What You Have 2-4 years of experience managing operations in a healthcare, wellness, or retail setting.
