Job Summary
We are looking for a UserExperienceDesigner who has a proven track record designing world class digital product experience. We are looking for a UX Designer to ship intuitive, accessible, and measurable product experiences across our digital ecosystem. You will partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and subject matter experts to turn complex workflows into simple, high-confidence interfaces that our clients, agents, and internal teams love.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Represent and champion the client and agent perspective in the design, creation, and delivery of desktop and mobile digital product initiatives
* Develop wireframes/prototypes and optimize flows for consumer and agent-centric experiences, driving engagement and lead generation
* Leverage analytics and conduct user research to identify pain points, inefficiencies, traffic loss, and other enhancement opportunities as you design future state digital product experiences

Experience and Education
* Bachelor's Degree in UserExperience, Experience, Digital Design, or related field
* At least 3 years of relevant experience - preferably for an insurance, financial services firm, or an internet/e-commerce property (startup environments is a plus)

Key Duties:
Analyze patient scheduling workflows to identify required logic pathways.
Design and maintain scheduling-focused decision trees within Epic Cadence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client SMEs to gather requirements and validate workflows.

Utilize approved tools to create, update, and optimize decision tree logic.

Support post-Go-Live workflow adjustments to maintain accuracy as client needs evolve.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experiencedesigning scheduling decision trees or workflow logic.
