• Drive UX strategy, ensuring alignment of design vision with business objectives and technical constraints
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into actionable product design
• Define and maintain design standards, patterns, and systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
• Mentor and influence design teams, elevating the overall quality of UX practices across the organization
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive UX design experience, including at least 5 years at a senior or lead/principal level
Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership in enterprise-scale or consumer-facing products
Proven ability to shape product direction and influence senior stakeholders through design vision
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments
Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility principles.
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to synthesize insights into design strategy.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
