This role is responsible for developing technology strategies, managing infrastructure, and supporting critical systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. Required Knowledge & Skills: * Experience in GxP-regulated environments and pharmaceutical industry compliance. * Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems (MES, Waters Empower/Nugenisis, Zebra/Sato printers, SCADA, SAP). * Strong technical expertise in server hardware/software, networking, and storage technologies (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/10, VMware vSphere/vCenter). * Proficiency in client/server architecture, Active Directory, and networking concepts. * Project management skills with strong organizational and time management capabilities. * Ability to respond to critical system issues and perform updates outside normal business hours. * Customer-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset. * Familiarity with aseptic manufacturing environments.
