    Massanutten Resort Ticket checker or ticket scanner will work in the Lift mazes and greet and assist guests and validate their access every time. Assist guest getting on the lift, working outside in all weather conditions, raking and maintaining lift line mazes throughout the shift and frequent shoveling of mazes and loading areas. Work outside in all types of inclement weather Ability to handle busy fast pace environment Ability to tolerate standing in cold for extended periods of time Able to work weekend and holiday shifts Preferred Basic knowledge of ski industry Basic knowledge of Massanutten and resort layout Previous experience working in guest service environment Skiing or snowboarding experience Typical Schedule Days: Varies, weekends and holidays required Hours: 7am-3pm or 2pm-9pm Core Responsibilities Deliver superior guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile Validate tickets- ensure guests have their own valid product before loading onto lift Set up, maintain and dismantle lift mazes Shovel and rake snow Monitor RFID tablets at all times for valid products at entry areas Other duties as assigned This position continues through our winter season only, mid-November through mid-March.
