We are based in Irvine, California, USA and this position is open to applicants located worldwide. Burkhardt & Company sales representatives are responsible for creating opportunities through lead generation efforts, meeting with prospective clients in-person, or over the phone. You will be responsible for generating your own leads. You will schedule an online product demonstration using our demo calendar. We will present the demonstration of our service and products to your client, and we will close and negotiate the deal. Training videos will be provided to learn about the services and cloud software you are responsible for selling. This is a commission based position with no base salary; you will be paid as an independent contractor. Commission is uncapped making this a lucrative position for talented sales people. Commission based on your sales revenue resets every 30 days. $0 to $40,000 = 10% Commission: You will be paid 10% of the monthly sales you make up to $40,000. $40,001 to $75,000 = 15% Commission: If you sell more than $40,000 a month up to $75,000 you will be paid 15% on the sales you make in that revenue range. $75,001+ = 20% Commission: If you generate more than $75,000 a month in revenue you will be paid 20% on all sales in that revenue range. This is uncapped so you can sell as much as you can above $75,000 and keep 20% of the sales revenue in commissions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
