Patrick Tomina is one of w3r Consulting’s founders and its Chief Financial Officer. He took his first steps on the entrepreneurial trail as a youngster by helping in family members’ convenience and grocery stores, where he learned the value of hard work and honed useful customer service skills. Later, as a student pursuing dual degrees in business and engineering at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, he met Eric Hardy, who became Patrick’s friend and partner. Their association led to the establishment of webrunners, Inc., w3r Consulting’s predecessor, with other friends, as they all were completing their undergraduate studies.

In addition to earning dual degrees in Science and Mechanical Engineering, Patrick also received a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and was awarded a Master’s degree in Engineering from Oakland University. A graduate of the Chrysler Institute of Engineering Program, he is currently pursuing an MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
