If you are an experienced Case Management Analyst seeking a way to positively impact U.S. National Security, Amentum is looking for you to join our existing contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)! We have full time positions supporting TSA's Springfield, VA facility for experienced Case Management Analysts who are excited about supporting TSA's role in supporting members of the public enrolling in TSA programs and those with questions about their interaction with TSA's vetting programs to ensure the Security of the nation's transportation systems.
The successful candidate will bring at least one year of experience managing queues in a call center environment. Work includes identifying, researching, and resolving questions/issues from applicants to TSA security programs including but not limited to the TSA PreCheck, and the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) programs.
**Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include the following:**
+ Provide customer relationship management to program applicants including performing and conduct queue management based on cases received for vetting program populations including processing cases, emails, phone calls and develop associated queue reports.
+ Triage cases/tickets.
+ Complete case management actions according to customer procedures for various vetting program populations, including assisting in applicant information updates to include uploading documents, responding to inquiries and customer service tickets.
+ Maintain communication with customers and immediately report any issues or concerns to Program Leads.
+ Work efficiently in a hybrid role from home/office while staying on task.
+ Perform customer service tasks (e.g., answering telephone calls, typing, filing, scanning, faxing, copying, & correspondence management).
+ Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for TSA application support according to customer procedures.
+ Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure a timely resolution.
+ Use Microsoft Office suite to perform job duties.
+ Apply internet skills to perform searches and navigate within web sites and other legal research sites as required.
+ Apply effective listening, customer service, and problem resolution skills.
+ Courteously handle unsatisfied customers.
+ Responds to and diagnose problems through discussion with users.

**The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:**

Provide assistance to passengers boarding and disembarking the Transit vehicle to guarantee client safety. Operators may be asked to assist passengers with carrying parcels such as groceries or laundry, etc., assistance may be provided at the operators' discretion per the passenger carry on policy.
Passengers are not to be left on board while the vehicle is unattended.
Maintain a positive attitude and address clients politely at all times. Display patience and kindness, as many of our passengers require additional attention.
Dress appropriately for work. Operators will maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Responsible for the completion of all assigned paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring all information to be complete and accurate.
Operators are to leave all Transit property (keys, phone, etc.) at the facility at the end of the shift.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Responsible for meeting or exceeding all safety, quality and productivity requirements for project(s) assigned.
Leads, directs, and mentors crews regarding all aspects of projects to ensure on time completion while meeting all financial and non-financial objectives.
Responsible for staffing projects, actively recruiting new talent, retention of existing employees and promote career advancement.
Manages employee relation issues and provides recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
Recommends additional subcontractors for approval.
Recommends and initiates training and cross training for all personnel in their area of responsibility to become experts in their field.
Responsible for daily scheduling and taking appropriate corrective action to meet or beat deadlines.
Monitors overall project performance to productivity, safety and quality standards and takes appropriate action to resolve issues.
Responsible daily for reviewing and approving employee timecards and completing the required production reports.
Responsible for daily preventative maintenance on construction equipment and reports issues to the Fleet Manager immediately.
Responsible for reporting weekly to the Fleet Manager information such as equipment hours, miles, etc.
Abide by all company and manufacturer provided safety operational procedures, industry safety standards, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
Establishes a positive working relationship with crew, customers, and subcontractors.
Conducts daily crew tool talk meetings to identify safety, quality, and productivity opportunities for improvement.
Perform routine labor and operate equipment.
Hauls equipment too, from and around project site.
Represent Push, Inc. in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Identifies, recommends, and implements continuous improvement processes and procedures that will elevate the company as a whole.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Work Experience: Two (2) years' supervisory experience within a utility construction setting. Demonstrated field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas around utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader, including various attachments.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License, Class A CDL preferred.

Job Description
10-4 Logistics USA seeks an experienced CDL-A truck driver to operate a dedicated, multi-stop regional route for a single customer. This truck driver role provides predictable lanes, consistent weekly mileage, and multi-state service with routine, scheduled stops and regular home time patterns.
Route & schedule:
The assigned route averages 18 stops per week with a typical pattern of being out approximately two weeks and home about two days. Estimated weekly mileage is approximately 2,150 miles. This position is a regional dedicated route designed to deliver steady, predictable miles for the truck driver.
Freight & operations: Freight consists of dedicated dry-van deliveries. The primary unload method is hand-unload using rollers; occasional use of a pallet jack to move loads to the rear of the trailer may be requested by the customer. The truck driver must follow customer-specific unloading procedures and ensure freight is handled safely and securely.
Equipment: Drivers will operate late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions. Assigned trucks may be taken home when secure, safe parking is available and company guidelines are met.
Compensation & incentives: Base pay ranges from $0.63-$0.71 per mile depending on experience. Stop pay is $20 per stop (average 18 stops per week). Detention pay is $20 per hour after two hours, up to 10 hours. Additional performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities may apply. Typical weekly pay example is approximately $1,546 (based on 2,150 miles); top performers may earn approximately $1,635 weekly. Estimated annual pay examples are approximately $80,392-$85,000.
Primary responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies; responsibilities center on duties expected of a professional truck driver.
Perform multi-stop dedicated dry-van deliveries and complete customer unloading procedures using rollers or pallet jack as required.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.

Assist in the production planning process.
Learn and use IVS software system for variety and production management.

Experience with Informatica Cloud.
Experience on Informatica development, performance tuning
Good hands on experience with Unix scripting.
Experience with the MDM (Master Data Management) Tool
