The Shipping and Receiving Department receives raw materials needed for production and puts away our final product in our cold storage warehouse. Shipping and Receiving Team members will also pull orders and sort boxes onto pallets, place completed orders in our cold storage warehouse, and load semitrucks operating forklift and other equipment for product to be deliver to customers.
Position Reports To: Shipping and Receiving Shift Supervisor
Core Responsibilities:
* Team members will receive, sort and stock product into pallets. Scan the boxes, identify pallets and place the pallets in our cold storage facility.
* Use forklift to move product
* Perform physically demanding work in extreme cold environments, that requires attention to detail, strength, stamina and good hand-eye coordination (while keeping safety as top priority).
* Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers by maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is a growing statewide company seeking Warehouse Associates to work the Night Shift at our depot in Grand Rapids. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you play a critical role in getting our product out to our customers. You are responsible for accurately loading products from within our warehouse onto our delivery trucks to be distributed to our customers throughout Michigan. You accurately select full cases and individual bottles of product for distribution. By stacking light-on-heavy and making sure that labels are facing out, you stack products on pallets safely and effectively.
Your attention to safety is especially important as you operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products. You keep the loading dock in order and moving by staging and shrink-wrapping pallets properly in preparation for loading into delivery trucks. You take pride in keeping the warehouse and your work zone clean and organized. As an efficient worker, you maintain an optimal "case-per-hour rate. You get great satisfaction out of keeping things organized and ensuring that orders are ready for delivery on time!
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position operates in a warehouse environment. The employee will be frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration where the noise level can be loud. This position is also very active and must frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop and climb throughout the day while lifting, stacking, moving and rotating items without handles that weigh up to 50 pounds; push/pull carts with up to 100 pounds of force. This position is required to operate warehouse equipment and regularly to read, write and communicate in English.
Work Schedule
This is a night shift position working Sunday through Thursday with shifts starting at 7:00 PM. This position must work until the job is finished which requires mandatory overtime and will occasionally work Fridays based on holiday schedules and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Check-in drivers who have completed their routes by verifying product returned, customers signed the invoice and possible missed deliveries; account for pallets, totes and other company property is returned.
Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
Ensure food safety protocols were followed on the return and coordinate with Food Safety personnel for issues.
Assure all delivery exceptions are noted on the invoice and/or delivery exception report.
Inspect returned products to determine restocking appropriateness or deciding if the customer warrants the credit.
Decide and adjust as needed the appropriate reason code on invoice to provide efficient processing; code damaged or inferior products with the appropriate damage code and write the code on the damaged case.
Separate and stage for return processing all products and count the returned items to ensure quantities match the quantity written on the return sheet and invoices.
List overage on the return sheet following the "available stock/warehouse location" report to re-enter the product into the inventory system as soon as possible.

Insight Global is looking for two Inventory Specialists to join a clients team in Wayland, MI. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided procedures, the Inventory Specialist will document product condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each product. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with this position:
* Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area
* Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming inventory
* Determine operational capability of the product
* Complete product inspection inventories (TLEs)
* Maintain inventory of all materials used
* Compliance to company policies and procedures
* Compliance to requirements
