* Maintains integrity of inventory system by accurately documenting parts' movements in the computer as well as the RF System (i.e. warehouse moves, order fulfillment, credits and put a ways, etc.).
* Maintains accurate inventory by performing RF cycle counts and manual counts.
* Handles returns, credits and salvages as necessary.
* Prepares parts shipments by inspecting and safely packaging parts, performing shipment entry, producing correct documentation and accurately coding shipping costs for billing.
* Processes incoming shipments, verifies shipment with purchase orders, and visually inspects materials for damage, quantity, descriptions, part number, serial number, condition order, etc. per FAA regulations and Duncan approved procedures.
* Unloads and loads delivery trucks using a forklift in a safe and timely manner. Visually inspects materials for obvious damage, properly documents any damage(s), and notifies appropriate team member of any damage.
* Coordinates emergency shipments with appropriate carrier according to Duncan Aviation approved procedures as necessary.
2. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
