The Seasonal Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the stock room. Reports To: Store Management Essential Functions Customer Experience * First Impressions: Create a positive first impression by adhering to the dress code. * Store Standards: Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness both in the stock room and on the selling floor. Full-time Description As a Shipping Clerk at Conversio Health you will support pharmacy operations by shipping prescriptions to patients, receiving and organizing products, and assisting with general operational tasks. Communicate with Inventory Manager regarding issues or status of merchandise. Be flexible to support changing priorities and needs. Compensation starting between $17-$18 an hour, depending on experience. Essential Functions Provide support for Inventory Supervisor Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct. Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Deliver or route materials to departments. Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping. Confer or correspond with appropriate person(s) to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies. Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, or storage. Ensure proper stock levels in stores Understand warranty/returns policy per vendor Date and rotate product Clean and maintain the inventory closet Conduct physical inventory of the inventory closet Move inventory around in the market Help with RA process Competencies Attention to Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.
