Communicate between customer and warehouse operations concerning the customer's account/inventory. Update the DMS (Dock Management System) in a timely manner. Qualifications High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Basic reading, legible writing and arithmetic skills required. Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. High level of attention to detail. Communication skills. Comfortable working independently or as a team.
