POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as supervising staff, training, food safety, safety, and warehouse maintenance. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the daily objectives of the Warehouse Department and ensuring that warehouse work goals are being met in a timely and effective manner.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the day-to-day activities and lead line level employees in their daily responsibilities.
Ensure that the warehouse functions efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain high team spirit in a neat and safe work environment by improving the morale of the department and reducing turnover.
Supervise staff and delegate required daily work tasks.
Recommend personnel actions to the Warehouse Managers, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
Implement procedures to attain goals and monitor progress.
Prioritize and schedule warehouse daily workload.
Act as a liaison between the Warehouse Department and Customer Service Department regarding any issues that might impact customer service expectations.
Handle increased responsibility above normal duties as activity demands.
Be present on the floor of the warehouse to ensure effective supervision.
Ensure that warehouse employees can understand and implement proven and effective work practices.
Apply conflict resolution techniques.
Assist in addressing daily issues that arise within the Warehouse Department and provide instruction, communication procedures, and assist in resolving problems that may occur.
Effectively troubleshoot all issues to ensure timely resolution.
Make routine decisions within the Warehouse Department to ensure customer orders are pulled correctly and professionally.
Assist the Warehouse Managers in holding line workers accountable for adherence to all policies and procedures, including by managing overtime and double-time.
Present a professional image and attitude to other employees.
Communicate to the Warehouse Managers any concerns or problems that might arise.
Ensure that work schedules and break times of warehouse employees are correctly implemented, and jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
Ensure that the order pulling process is in accordance with the highest possible level of productivity.
Ensure that order pulling and placement of product on routes are accurate, and that product is free of damage.
Direct the workflow and motivate and monitor the performance of warehouse associates involved in the order pulling process to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Monitor work processes and make suggestions for modification to increase and improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to reduce costs.
Troubleshoot all Warehouse Department processes to identify weaknesses and recommend policies to strengthen controls and meet the department's priorities.
Substitute for hands-on work as needed.
Set deadlines to ensure timely completion of the workload.
Ensure that daily housekeeping of the Warehouse Department is carried out.
Execute daily and weekly reporting of KPI's and various Ops related data to Warehouse Manager, Site Leader and regional VPO.
Will be expected to attend and participate in meetings in person and virtually, during the work week.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams while maintaining a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, order accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Experience enforcing safety, food safety (SQF), and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended hours, as needed to meet operational demands.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in cold storage or warehouse environments as required
Knowledge of safe quality food (SQF)

About the Venue
Fifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state-of-the-art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country! The ballpark will be located in downtown Spartanburg, SC and will be the home to the Hub City Spartanburgers, an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Fifth Third Park will play host to 66 professional baseball games per season, but it will operate well beyond baseball, and will also be utilized for other events including concerts, festivals, comedy shows, amateur sports, community gatherings and private functions. Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
* Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
* Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.

Film Warehouse Attendant
is responsible for stocking and monitoring all film carts and labels for all lines and cells by work order, scanning products to the work order, rewrapping film and materials upon return, stocking daily deliveries, and monitoring film warehouse inventories. Print master case labels and verify correct information.
Perform metal detector checks as prompted by Redzone.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.

Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Possess valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by Provincial or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to venue concession operations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
Physical Dimensions:
Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.

The Film Warehouse Attendantis responsible for stocking and monitoring all film carts and labels for all lines and cells by work order, scanning products to the work order, rewrapping film and materials upon return, stocking daily deliveries, and monitoring film warehouse inventories. Essential Competencies:
FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY:
Execute assigned food safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities to support SQF requirements, regulatory requirements, and customers' requirements.
Comply with USDA regulations and E.A. Sween policies.
Successfully complete the mandatory E.A. Sween Quarterly Safety Trainings sessions for the purpose of complying with both OSHA regulations and E.A. Sween policy.
Perform all activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and company polices.
Follow all GMP's as well as the policies, procedures, and standard work of E.A. Sween.
STANDARD WORK:
Scan and receive film by lot code and quantity using handheld device.
Have film, labels, and all required items needed for each production line ready for each work order and shift using Lot Code Tracking.
Review the work order to determine supplies needed and prepare for each line and work order.
Provide case labels and ingredient labels to each line, scan to the work order using the RF Scanner, and ensure the paperwork is completed correctly.
Provide film to each line, being certain to capture the lot code on the paperwork.
Print master case labels and verify correct information.
Perform metal detector checks as prompted by Redzone.
LEADERSHIP:
