Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (a plus). Have 6+ years of management experience in driver management, fleet management and logistics. Experience in last mile or direct to consumer trucking operation. Demonstrate strong exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, LEAN, etc. Exhibit excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Display excellent communication, management, coaching, and organization skills. Be self-directed, with the ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change.
