On a typical day you will:
* Inventory control, parts ordering

Job Description:
The Sr. Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished products are received, stored, and accurately entered in the ERP/D365 system. Warehouse Associates are also responsible for tracking the inventory and location of ingredients and materials in the warehouse utilizing the ERP/D365 system.
Essential Duties:
Review shipping schedules/updates to enter information regarding inbound, outbound and transfer shipments for materials and finished product into the ERP/D365 system.
Communicate with carriers, Security, and Warehouse team members to coordinate customer orders and the availability of loading docks and empty trailers.
Post shipping schedule (and revise as needed) for all necessary Warehouse team members to ensure orders are built, loaded, and offloaded in a timely manner.
Print license plates for pallets of raw materials and finished product and distribute to Forklift Operators I and II to be placed on proper pallets.

Job Description: 3PL Warehouse Coordinator
Position Summary:
This Warehouse Coordinator coordinates the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They will manage all onsite processes, and systems to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires experience with 3PL storage operations. This individual will be required to understand and use the Royal 4 WMS and ensure that SOPs of Camino Real Order Picking, Pallet and load and BOM creation meet customer requirements. They will help 3PL onsite personnel review all inbound &outbound orders, review trucking company's appointment schedules and ensure their proper loading. Position requires physical activity and contains both administrative and operational functions including forklift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee On-Site receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operations.
2. Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with onsite picking crew and review proper staging of orders prior to shipment.

3. Staff Management:
• Collaborate with onsite staffing to train, and supervise warehouse staff, including setting schedules and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings with the Plant to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
4. Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
• Observe and report the status of all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks] and advise alert 3PL Mgmt., if they are not being properly maintained and serviced.
• Monitor facility upkeep and coordinate repairs or improvements as needed with Supply Chain Manager
• Optimize warehouse layout for space efficiency and safety. Work with Tina's Staffing and discuss observations and recommendations
5. Compliance and Safety:
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and alert 3 PL of safety concerns.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA requirements.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Input key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily rider shipments, pallets picked, pallets shipped, and loads shipped.
• Review of a weekly scorecard on KPIs with the supply chain and Director of Operations
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: High School graduation required; secondary education preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a forklift operator and experience working with WMS systems. Frozen warehouse experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in various warehouse conditions.
Hours 8:30am-5pm
