As a Warehouse Janitorial Lead, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:
Ability to lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
Provides direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to all escalations.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed.
Follows Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart
Familiar with supporting callouts by directly working or splitting up shifts amongst the team and shift lead by successfully covering daily operations schedules.
Delivers feedback on ongoing activities committing to timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS Management Team
Requirements:
Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments strongly preferred.
4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
Customer Service-oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor can motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
Must successfully pass KBS background check/ Drug test.
KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain-falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
Inspect rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, brings problems to the attention of the Operations Manager, Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR Representative.
Follows daily foreman procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.

Responsible for cross training, teaching and coaching your staff to work productively both as part of a team and individually. Review daily/weekly goals with associates. Effective and timely communication of appropriate information daily, weekly and monthly to all direct reports, peers and management by utilizing informal and formal communications - one on ones, huddles, meetings, memos, etc. Must know all the jobs performed by your team members so you can relieve associates, fill in for absentees, or help associates who need assistance or are falling behind. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for an Onsite Electrical Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team for our historical Downtown Salt Lake Temple Project. This full time position has opportunities to expand your electrical parts knowledge with the possibility of working additional projects in the future.
The Electrical Onsite Parts and Warehouse Coordinator will oversee the coordination of all material and equipment including deliveries and material movement on the jobsite. This position will be responsible for inventory, cycle counts, and electrical teams' needs throughout the project.
Major Duties:
Coordinate the receipt of electrical materials and equipment for timely arrival to and from the site.
Attend daily meetings to coordinate time frames with crane crews on material and equipment movements across the jobsite.
Organize, manage, and maintain spreadsheets for jobsite material inventory.
Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and warehouse regarding needs and deliveries.
Create, manage, and provide the necessary reports regarding material handling to the appropriate level of management.
Able to provide additional support as needed to meet deadlines.
Cycle Counts for onsite inventory.
Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Onsite Inventory experience.
Electrical parts and equipment knowledge preferred.
1 years' experience shipping & receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a construction setting.
Experience with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to learn to operate a forklift.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
High School/GED.
Valid driver's license and a clean MVR.

Transport and place full corrugate gondolas into the baler or compactors located in a designated area in the warehouse (training will be provided)
Ensure the areas around all gondolas are free of debris and trash
Dust, mop, and sweep around trash receptacle areas to keep traffic areas free of trash and debris
Must keep traffic areas (“Green Mile” walking areas) free of debris at all times to ensure safety for all
Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas for tidiness
Other janitorial duties may be assigned as needed

Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75+ lbs.
